About this house rental
Villa Silvia is located in Ponte San Marco di Calcinato (BS) just 15 minutes drive from Desenzano del Garda, Brescia and Montichiari. The newly furnished house has an independent entrance with garden and a beautiful porch with seating and coffee table. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a smart 55 inch TV, a double sofa bed, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with barbecue. Up the stairs, on the First Floor, there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub)
The rooms are composed of:
- Bedroom 1: double bed, large wardrobe, 42 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: double bed, large wardrobe, 40 "LCD TV, outdoor terrace, air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: 1 king size single bed 2.20 meter long with robotic engine, wardrobe, 14 "LCD TV.
Parking is located outside the property on a public plaza that is only 20 meters from the house.
The house is part of a complex of 4 independent houses in which all my relatives live. It is important, therefore, to respect the neighborhood in particular in night time and the use of the home appropriately.
We now have Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is the possibility to rent the undergorund floor which has 1 more double bed and another indipendet bathroom.
