Kamaole Sands has acres of luxuriant tropical gardens and private spots for picnics by the fountain pond. Stroll along golden sand beaches and enjoy an ocean full of water sports including snorkeling! Shopping and restaurants are just minutes walking distance away. Kamaole Sands also offers:

Our beautiful one bedroom condominium features two baths, an extra large private lanai overlooking the pool and gardens (perfect for breakfast or lunch) and the convenience of a complete stainless kitchen.
Complete stainless kitchen includes: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Unit is fully equipped with chinaware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
Units are decorated with mirrors, plants, and lovely paintings by local artists.
Units also have A/C, ceiling fans, color TV, stereo, private phone plus lots of extras.
Our one bedroom unit has a king sized bed in bedroom with a queen-sized sofa hide-a-bed in living room.
We also have a two-bedroom which has a king sized bed in master bedroom, two twins in second bedroom, and a queen sized hide-a-bed in living room. (VRBO #191718)
All towels and linens are provided including beach towels.
Hair dryers in each unit.
Complete laundry facilities in condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Kamaole Sands and Maui Sunset Resorts are located in the center of shopping and dining on the Maui Suncoast with numerous shops, restaurants, and supermarkets closeby.
Just minutes away are three championship golf courses in spectacular Wailea and Makena settings and along the nine-mile chain of beaches, there are snorkeling, scuba diving, sail and deep sea sport fishing charters on call.
Resort Fee - the resort requires that all guests register at the office upon arrival. At that time you will receive a resort map, the combination for the pool and the side gates plus a parking slip for your reserved parking space #476. The Kamaole Sands office will charge you a resort fee of $40 (plus tax) for any reservations made by November 12, 2021. Beginning with any reservations made after November 12, 2021, the resort fee will be collected at time of booking so that the resort staff will not need to collect them upon arrival.

View was awesome from the Lanai. Location was great right across from the beach and property was well managed. We had a great time on the Island.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. Right across the street from a great beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub, grills, gorgeous landscaping, and nice view from the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything in the unit is nice and clean and neat. Staff were all so nice, too!

I and my wife would be very happy to spend time in
Terry's condo while traveling to Maui.
He was very kind and the location and facilities
of the condo were good.
In front of the condo, the Kamaole Beach Park was
quiet and peaceful.
