Pigeon Forge Two Bedroom Cabin, unit 131 “A Smoky Getaway” is a great escape to the Smoky Mountains for the family looking to get away for a memorable vacation. This beautiful two-bedroom two full bath cabin sleeps up to seven people and features a king size bed in each bedroom, Twin Size Bunk Bed in the loft, and sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave, and a covered back deck with a gas grill. This cabin does include free wireless internet, a foosball table, hardwood throughout, hot tub, and a seasonal wood encased gas fireplace. It is located just a short drive from downtown Pigeon Forge and area attractions, outlet shopping, and fine dining, and less than 10 miles from Dollywood. Have all the convenience of home while vacationing in the Great Smoky Mountains at A Smoky Getaway. Dogs are welcome but must be under 35lbs and additional fees apply and must follow Fireside Chalets pet policies. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. No Smoking. Sleeps 5.

Quick response times. Super friendly. The cabin is so cozy. Beds aren’t the best. And parking cars was tight. Overall it was nice.

There are multiple issues that I listed in the email to them yesterday evening. We did not use a hot tub as it was cold and we did not know how to warm the temperature. The staff was very friendly.

The cabin is cute and well laid out for a small space. It could stand for a bit better cleaning. Had to call to get upstairs sheets changed as they were a bit dirty. Also the hot tub was dirty and we had to request a cleaning. Customer service was awesome and they got right to cleaning everything and it was perfect from there on out. Location is great. And it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked; no issues with appliances. All in all we would stay here again.

The cabin was cozy and clean. There were a few Cobb webs but we were able to deal with it. The only complaint is downstairs living room area and bedroom area was freezing. You can’t adjust the temperature much bc the upstairs is so hot. The loft area where the bunk beds are, it was so hot and our girls had to sleep downstairs on the couches because they were burning up. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was terrible. Me and my husband’s back was hurting every night. We did not rest well at all. I think if these things were corrected it would be an amazing cabin. Check in was easy and smooth and it’s so easy to get to the main strip in Pigeon Forge.
