This newly renovated home has it all, huge deck overlooking the Gulf, Both bedrooms are waterfront with spectacular views. Interior/Exterior is 100% new. Each Bedroom has a private bath, Comfy king beds and a twin size day bed, use them for the kids or for napping, storage ect..,inviting beachy furniture and art throughout. New kitchen with all new accouterments. Flat screen Tv's in all rooms. Eco Friendly Turtle windows. Outdoor Shower, fish cleaning table. Boardwalk, Pet Friendly,dog/child gate on deck, all tile floors, washer/dryer, high speed Wifi.

This was the ultimate Gulf stay. Right on the gulf, great views from the large deck, super clean property, and St. George Island is a fantastic place to be. You get your own path to the beach and there is a vacant lot to the east, so not crowded at all and it’s within decent walking distance of the center of activity on SGI.

Didn’t see or hear from host; but he did respond and answer questions prior to our visit. Little glitches like unexpected cold weather with frozen hot water heater and no Wi-Fi. But they were taken care of quickly. Loved the property.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us! The house was supplied with pretty much everything we needed. The walk to the beach was hassle free. Maybe a minute walk. The only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable but other than that we would book again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect size for our family. The views of the beach and sunrise were breathtaking. Just a quick walk from the back deck to the sand. We would definitely stay here again.
