Newly renovated apartment, cosy and very spacious. Located in the centre of Eixample, a central, quiet and safe area that is also active and attractive in Barcelona. It is very close to Barcelona's Trade Fair.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms:

The apartment's capacity is up to 7 people. It has an independent kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom without toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and free high-speed WIFI internet. Additionally, there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.
The apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the heart of Eixample. It is a very safe area, quiet yet at the same time active and full of restaurants and points of interest. This neighbourhood is the most cosmopolitan in Barcelona, where Barcelona families mix with a young and international atmosphere. Next to the accommodation there is everything you need for a comfortable and attractive stay: supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, tapas bars, parking.

Flexibility, everything was negotiable. Good location, close enough to everything. Comfortable apartment, we had everything we needed.

Plenty of room for 3 of us and close to so much. We walked daily almost everywhere - San Antoni Market, La Rambla, the Raval and Gothic neighborhoods and more. Spectacular little Mexican restaurant right outside the front door where a husband and wife team of classically trained chefs turn out killer food.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Barcelona, a friend and I spend 5 nights at Luis apartment, the place is big with a well equipped kitchen and the basic necessities for a pleasant stay, although it has 2 bathrooms one is really not usable it is so small that only a small child can use the shower or toilet because of the space, I've never seeing a bathroom that small , on the second day of our stay we received an unannounced visit while we were in the apartment from Luis mother whom just rang the bell and came inside the place, she said she was bringing some silverware I told her I will take them but she insisted in coming inside and check the place I have stay on Homeaway properties all over the world and this was a first, I felt like an invasion of our privacy and that it was more to check on us, we had already met the agent on our arrival and gone over the rules of the apartment. Luis was easy to communicate with from the start and check in and check out was very easy.

Overall the place is nice for the price. Unfortunately i'm only giving it a 3 star because the whole time we were there the wifi didn't work and I had to run up my international data bill. The second bathroom that was in the biggest bedroom was basically a toilet and a small sink. The shower was not functional it was so small that a small child would have trouble taking a shower in it.
