Wander through the French Quarter from a Treme Shotgun Home

This house was amazing. We stayed here for our wedding and it was a nice location, quiet and clean. The house was so cute. We ended up doing our first look pictures outside the house because it so pretty.

The property was clean and well kept; the property manager was extremely communicative and provided us a lot of really good suggestions for our overnight stay!

Great place, great location, great hosts. Stayed here with my bf and another couple and this was a perfect landing spot and place to hang together in the evenings. Highly recommend.

The home was very quaint, clean and decorated eclectically exactly like the pictures. The backyard does not have any grass and there is a shared laundry room and front and back patio to the next door neighbors. The home is amongst a gentrification area that has rehab homes but still some sketchy homes and locals. We contacted the host to ask about safety in the area and he was very responsive to assure us in his experience he had not had any issues. In our experience we saw several homeless people near the street corner, lots of foot traffic late into the night and homeless and riff raff in the vacant lot and boarded house across the street. We also heard gun shots late at night about 2 streets over. Even though we traveled with our dog there wasn’t really an area to walk her to use the restroom and my husband didn’t feel safe taking her out at night very long. The home is easy to get to and off the highway about 1 block, we were able to find street parking in front of the home each time we left. We enjoyed the home overall and it looks exactly like the pictures, I just wish I researched the area more so we felt safer having our young child with us. The host is extremely responsive and kind.
