Lower level has 2 flex rooms, 1 bathroom, and a large family room with wet bar, tournament style ping-pong table and French doors that lead to a lower private deck. Extra fridge in utility room.
2 kayaks (1 single, 1 tandem) & inflatable SUP! Lighted walkway leads to large dock w/ covered boat slip and hoist (21', 4500lbs max.), jet ski lift, floating dock, lights & electricity.
Xfinity WIFI, 2 TVs with Roku streaming, gas grill, central A/C, dishwasher, washer and dryer, porch swing.
Walking distance to Parkway Marina - the venue for the Independence Day fireworks display Smith Mtn Lake State Park is less than 2 miles away.

We had a nice stay here. They have added trash service, which was very nice. They also have very good internet and two large Roku TVs. Some of the kitchen supplies were a little lacking, but we got by. The cove was nice with plenty of private swimming space and shoreline. The dock was pretty good, but not huge and no covered seating area. There is natural shade with the trees, so quite nice. We brought down the extra chairs they provided. The deck was nice and big and the Weber grill was good. No TVs in the bedrooms, but it was great having so many bedrooms in the first place. There is a storeroom in the basement with a second full size fridge. Ping Pong table and supplies were great. Plenty of balls and paddles. Plenty of parking and could hold 4-5 cars, easy. The inside of the place is getting a little long in the tooth and could use some updates, but we were fine overall. Thanks.

The property is well-located for easy access to lake and boat ramp. The home is spacious and clean with a fantastic dock. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!
