A perfect haven in the historic town of Glen Ellen location, this 3 bedroom 2 bath family-friendly residence is truly your home away from home in the Sonoma Wine Country. Within a 5 minute walk to Glen Ellen restaurants & shops. Minutes from the Sonoma Valley Regional Park . This park entrance leads to Lake Suttonfield, which offers wonderful hiking and biking trails, fishing & swimming.

This newly remodeled (completed in April 2011), inviting home has a bright living room with seating for 6-8, dining area with seating for 8 opens to a renovated kitchen with breakfast island and a picturesque garden and patio. The master bedroom suite has a door which leads you to a private hot hub. The third bedroom sleeps 2 with a set of twin beds.
This wonderful home is located in a great neighborhood (you can buy organic eggs and fresh flowers across the way) and centrally located near a number of wineries including B.R. The house was beautiful. The Master bedroom on ground level had a beautiful big comfortable bed right next to the bathroom that was very well stocked. Up fourteen stairs were two small but adorable bedrooms, twin beds in one and a full in the other. They shared a bathroom. There was a big private backyard complete with several bbqs, furniture, and a hot tube. Everything we needed was there. The host was great, and we had a wonderful time.

We went up to get us and our dogs away from Fourth of July fireworks, and didn’t hear a single one. The place had plenty of kitchen stuff and a lovely back yard. Beautiful!

The house has been nicely renovated inside, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. It felt a little like staying at a friend's house while they were out of town—there was not much space in the drawers, no room in the pantry, etc. The owner was very responsive. I didn't see it mentioned in other reviews, but the road is busy and there is road noise.

The owners are very responsive and helpful. They have terrific taste in design. EVERYTHING you need is available, towels, mouth wash, body lotions, shampoos, conditioners, even toothbrushes! The location is perfect. Giant tv you can stream NFLX, AMAZON and more, as well as get local channels.Nice big hot tub, dog friendly, easy parking, private, basketball court, great back yard. I highly recommend this place . We couldn't have been happier!

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful house. The house is designed and supplied with everything you could possibly need. They go over and beyond to make everything so nice. The only thing that we disagreed with is that the house is not on a street that we felt we could walk to town safely. It is winding street with no sidewalks or bike lanes and we all agreed that it would be scary walking down that road.

We all absolutely loved this beautiful, well-appointed, well-designed, comfortable house, it indeed felt like home. There is also a spa-like feel with all the towels, creams, room sprays, and candles. We also really enjoyed the backyard, so serene and beautiful; super comfy furniture, firepit, the swing (the kids were thrilled). And the host is a pleasure to work with! Very charming and generously stocked house perfect to enjoy each others company to cook or just relax together. Very comfortable furniture and layout, quality designer home. Has all amenities that one needs and host is a pleasure as well! Location is great and beautiful but a stroll out by foot is a little tricky as it’s on a main road with no sidewalk, so best to drive out instead of walk out. We absolutely loved our stay even though it rained. Next time hoping to use the beautiful outside deck space that opens off of the kitchen/ living area. A++

This is an extremely well equipped home. Bed and bath linens and toiletries are high quality and they add a bit of luxury to the home. The outdoor fenced area was ideal for the two four year-olds to run around and play. Our adult daughters enjoyed the hot tub. The TV and sound system were difficult to get working but a call to the owner solved the problem quickly. Overall, a great home to rent and we would recommend it highly.

Whether gathering around the Kitchen island, sharing food at the long dining table, kicking back on the extra deep sofa and chairs in rhe Living Room or enjoying the firepit on the deck, this very comfortable and fully equipped home is the perfect setting to spending time with loved ones and special friends - having long chats, or in our case, dancing to music!! We were pleasantly surprised that this property was nicer than expected. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and large kitchen for our meals. The upstairs was rather warm and Norma got back to us immediately letting us know where the cooking fan was. After using it, the house cooled down quickly. Everyone slept well. The location was perfect! Glen Ellen is a quaint little town with a beautiful countryside. We did a wine tasting at Imagery Vineyard. Highly recommend. We booked a picnic table, played corn hole and walked the beautiful grounds. We even ordered a case of wine. It was that good! We will definitely book at Norma’s home again.

Five+ stars for this amazing property where the photos simply cannot do it justice. Every item in this home is carefully curated and intentionally designed. It is stunning. The location makes Sonoma county’s finest wineries and cuisine easily accessible (bonus points for being less than a mile from Glen Ellen Star restaurant). The property’s host, Norma, is very kind and responsive. She answered all of our questions promptly. Our party consisted of 6 women on a weekend away, and we took full advantage of the hot tub after our daily excursions. This home has everything you need for a spectacular getaway in Sonoma county. We would love to come again!

Norma's house is a gem! Perfect for a girls' getaway weekend. It was a chilly, rainy weekend but we loved it. We got out to wine taste and enjoy some fabulous meals, but also loved hanging out in this cozy house, using the hot tub, catching up and playing games. The house is charming, beautifully decorated and has so many amenities. Don't hesitate to book this place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Norma!
