The newly constructed home, designed by architect Lars Langberg, blends stunning modern designs inspired by the classic Sonoma bungalow. High vaulted ceilings, designer lighting, and open floor plans create spacious and comfortable living-spaces. The living room with Danish Modern decor, and art by Marin artist Justyna Wilmore, has ample seating for groups to play games around the large table, or enjoy shows on the floating flat screen TV. A sparkling and spacious chef's kitchen offers a professional quality Bertazzoni range & speed oven, an island bar with plug-ins for laptops, and a large mid century modern dining table. A wall of windows open up the kitchen and dining area to the deck and views of the mediterranean garden and pergola.
The main floor bedroom opens to decks overlooking the garden and Spa pool. The master bedroom and loft upstairs have large windows overlooking the lush trees by the creek and the large garden.
You can BBQ and dine on the spacious deck, relax on the comfortable chairs and couches by the gas fire table. Enjoy the flush deck spa pool with a waterfall, mood lights and bar table with stools. Phenomenal stay, one of the best maintained homes we've stayed in on VRBO. Well stocked kitchen, huge backyard, easily walkable to all wineries and restaurants. I'd stay again. The only red flag is the beds are soft but that's a personal preference

Easily walkable to cafes, restaurants, and the Jack London Saloon. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. The home’s rooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and dining area are clean and well sized. The professionally landscaped backyard has several locations for relaxing and conversing, complete with birds, a huge hot tub, and a gurgling stream. This is easily one of the best properties on Vrbo.

The house and backyard were amazing! I could have sat in the back yard for days.Had a small glitch with the remotes to get the TV going but it was addressed quickly and efficiently.The beds were super comfortable!

Indoors: Traveled with 2 other people so was glad to have 3 bedrooms… but listing did not share that the second bedroom upstairs is a loft. There is no wall or glass so it is open to the living room below. This created a need to be very quiet when the person was sleeping in that room. House had some wear and tear, and also had ants in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom.
Plenty of towels for everyone’s use.
Closets had clothes and other personal belongings in them. Dryer had towels in it from previous guests (or homeowner).
Town was nice - a few restaurants within walking distance. Great French bakery around the corner.
Outdoors - front door and patio was covered in spiderwebs so we did not use that space. Backyard was gorgeous. Spa/pool works great - was super clean and we enjoyed sitting in it each night. Call out for those who may have missed it though - it’s all one unit (like a large hot tub). Large back patio with table we hung out at each evening.
Overall rating would be a 6/10.
