About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment in an apartment building, on the third floor without elevator.
It is composed of a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It is air conditioned.
The beach is about 1000m via San Miguel Street (large pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants).
There is no private parking.
All amenities are within walking distance (shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant etc ...) as well as Aqualand and other amusement park.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departures before 11am.
Possibility of loan of baby bed and booster as well as a bed barrier for children.

Brilliant Host and lovely apartment for the price, Nadine was very informative and quick to respond to ensure an enjoyable stay. The apartment itself is not located where it shows on the map, it was a little further but only by a few minutes. Not recommended for anyone with physical disabilities as it is a walk up a hill and then 3 flights or stairs. However, the apartment was great, spacious and had everything you needed. We had no issues, the host was a gem and helped when needed. Thank you Nadine.

Good location. Central however parking can be an issue sometimes. Also there is no wifi available. Other than that good price for the stay.

The staying was alright and it was cheaper then everywhere else. I wont recommend for families with people in need as its very hard to find car parking and the building has no lift.

The apartment is located in a residential area of Torremolinos. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as no lift and apartment is on 3rd floor. But was fine for us.
There is a very handy supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The walk to the centre of Torremolinos is only 10 - 15 minutes down the hill.
Apartment could do with some money being spent on it. The air conditioning unit is only in the living room with a standing fan and wall mounted fans in both bedrooms. The collection container requires daily emptying.
The apartment could use the addition of WiFi (which is really standard in most locations at this stage). I would also suggest the addition of a kettle.
Having a duplicate copy of apartment keys or at least the building key would be very beneficial for guests.
I know that the listing has been reduced to a 2 bedroom for 4 due to the state of the couch but to be honest, it and the chair need to be replaced as they are on an appalling state.
We were also not informed before we arrived that the apartment 2D (below us) was being overhauled and that there would be construction taking place Monday - Friday from 845am to 6pm.
