Beautiful apartment in an apartment building, on the third floor without elevator.
It is composed of a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. It is air conditioned.
The beach is about 1000m via San Miguel Street (large pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants).
There is no private parking.
All amenities are within walking distance (shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant etc ...) as well as Aqualand and other amusement park.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departures before 11am.
Possibility of loan of baby bed and booster as well as a bed barrier for children.

"The staying was alright and it was cheaper then everywhere else. I wont recommend for families with people in need as its very hard to find car parking and the building has no lift.
