Welcome to Old Colorado City, the charming town filled with historic character and modern flair! Locals call it "OCC" for short. From trendy boutiques and award-winning restaurants to beautiful art galleries, there's something for everyone in this quaint town.
Nestled in the heart of OCC is this beautifully renovated vacation rental, just waiting for you to call it home. We've dressed the house with your comfort in mind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can kick back and relax. The house is open and airy, with a flow that invites you to make yourself at home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, and the dining area seats four. The living room is a cozy retreat with comfortable furniture and a large TV (complete with HD quality signal and high-speed internet).
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a king size bed. Both are dressed in fine quality linens for your comfort. The house also has a full size bathroom and a convenient laundry room.
One of the unique features of this beauty is the private fenced outdoor area, complete with a grill and furniture for al fresco dining. And with a parking spot, you won't have to worry about finding a place to park.

We loved the house and area! Perfect location for our family of 4 Colorado adventure.

Love the property, perfect location.
Few little things that I would advise maybe add dressers to the Rooms and remove the chair for a dressers.
Had to buy hangers and watch the sheets full of little hairs all over.
But will definitely stay at this property again , it perfect for a family of 4. Did not use the outside patio but I would advise maybe add a picnic table and new chairs make more appealing.
Overall we love it and will definitely recommend to all .
