Milas place is fabulous - very comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Although it was cold during my stay, it is nice that it has both a balcony and a back patio. I noticed on the properties reviews complaints about construction noise- it didn’t bother me at all and the crew only works during the day. I want to add that her cable TV has the Love Boat channel which is wonderful to watch. I would prefer to stay at Milas place over the Broadmoor which is 5-10 times the price!!! I have some past problems with private hosts on Booking.com, Mila is very nice, timely and professional. I very highly recommend it!!!!

Located near Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, this was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary. It is very well furnished, quiet, and the price is very reasonable. The owner was responsive to our questions, and very accommodating. This is the only place we'll stay if we come back to Colorado Springs.
There's just nothing to complain about.

The house was bright, beautiful, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes. (I definitely recommend a meal on the patio at Jake and Telly’s on Colorado Ave, just a couple minutes from the house.)
The bed and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The neighborhood and neighbors were all quiet, and there is a nice park right around the corner.
We really loved the little balcony with its mountain views, and also the spacious, private, stone-fenced patio at the entrance with lots of pretty flowers, greenery, and patio furniture to lounge on.
My little boy was thrilled to see the little patio lizard holding court on the stone wall each day, and we also saw deer walk right past the gate more than once.
Everything about the little house made our stay feel like we were at home in the mountains, it was perfect and it was hard to leave after our fun and happy family time spent there. I would recommend it to anyone!
