Nicely decorated with antique and contemporary art and furniture, suitable for 3 persons, third floor (with elevator) of a charming 1928 small luxury building, surrounded by trees and gardens, in one of Rome's best neighborhoods. It has one small room with a twin size bed, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a lovely living room with dining area, separated kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Amenities include air con, heating, smart HD TV, DVD, iron and board, dishwasher, washer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wifi high speed internet connection. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided.
The area is world famous for its ancient village-like streets and it is full of traditional restaurants, bars and pubs. It is itself one of the city attractions.
The apartment is at walking distance from all the most popular sites and it is very well serviced by public transportation. Charming apartment! The host was extraordinarily kind and went over the apartment when he met us. Easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed everything about our stay here and would stay here again if we are ever in Rome.

The property is large, clean and very light. Paolo was extremely responsive. The property is close to the great restaurants of Trastevere but far enough away from the craziness. We had a great week-long stay.

The apartment was cute! Loved the antique look, and being surrounded by gardens and greenery. Good location! Does require a bit of walking but it was enjoyable and we rode scooters.
Main complaint is that it could be cleaner. It’s due for a thorough deep cleaning in each room.. it wasn’t terrible but I expected better. (Couch covers, shower, etc)
Also there is currently scaffolding blocking views shown in the listing in all rooms besides the bathroom. I wish I would have known this beforehand.
