A comfortable, spacious, and cheerful house in the center of a quiet and pleasant village.
The house
This 96-square-meter home is ideal for accommodating up to six people. It is spread over two floors. It features a spacious kitchen/dining room equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make your stay comfortable, a living room with a TV, a library, and games, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with closets, a bathroom, and two terraces. It offers all the conveniences of a central village location combined with the tranquility of a rural, Balearic-style setting. In addition, the house is highly energy-efficient, using solar energy as an alternative for domestic hot water production.
For cleaning, we strictly follow the cleaning protocols recommended by the Ministry of Health
The Town:
Located in the center of Mondariz, a small, cozy, and well-preserved town in Galicia. It is an ideal place for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation where you can, not only enjoy the medicinal waters of the Mondariz spa—known for their therapeutic qualities—but also meet hospitable and friendly people, savor Galician cuisine, play golf, go horseback riding, canoe, take nature walks, or visit historic sites.
It is located 20 km from the airport, 15 km from Portugal, 25 km from magnificent beaches, and 30 km from Vigo
Mondariz Spa (1 kilometer away):
Its iron-rich waters are recommended for cases of anemia, obesity, rheumatism, and liver and skin disorders, as well as for childhood developmental disorders.
Sulfurous waters. They are primarily recommended for rheumatic, dermatological, and chronic respiratory conditions such as laryngitis, rhinitis, bronchitis, and asthma. They are also used for injuries and post-operative care of the musculoskeletal system, as well as for liver conditions.
An 18-hole golf course covering nearly 48 hectares, open year-round.
