The Villa Watersong Orlando

The villa in whole was excellent, very comfortable with beautifully furnished rooms. The games room was also an added benefit which was also equipped to a high standard. The pool deck was exquisitely designed and was large private and spacious, possibly the best pool deck we have used. We did have an issue with the pool heat, which caused issues with the hot tub and never did get to proper levels of temperature. At best it was lukewarm. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and did make efforts to resolve, however, there appeared to be a fault with the pump, that could not be fixed. The property owner was very considerate and did refund us the pool heat payment and an additional fee, which was very kind. My only other issues with the villa, which were very minor, were that there was still rubbish in the kitchen bin when we arrived, that had been left by the cleaners and the games room had not been vacuumed as there was still a good amount of crisps and muck on the carpet. Saying that, a 5 minute vacuum by us sorted that out. My only other gripe, which to be fair was my fault, was that I felt the villa was just a bit too far away from the main attractions, (we did have tickets for Universal) which meant, long periods stuck in traffic. Other than that, wonderful villa, a pleasure to stay there and would highly recommend it. Colin (Scotland)

We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this property or the owner. Everything was clean, it was extremely well equipped from kitchen utensils to towels and the games room and pool were perfect!!! Thomas was always quick to respond leading up to our stay and during it and made us feel so welcome. The Christmas decorations were a lovely added touch and our 8 year old was thrilled. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Our party consisted of 2 children, 8 years and 16 months, my parents, my brother and sister-inlaw and my husband and I. We all had our own rooms and the adult couples had their own ensuites and king sized beds. We paid for pool heat and it was worth every penny!!! The home was close to Disney, approximatley 30 minutes away, close to shopping and other attractions. Grocery store, liquor store and gas station nearby. The little playground was a nice bonus and the clubhouse pool looked lovely however we didn't find the time to try it out. If anyone here has given a bad review the only possible reason for that was because they didn't take the time to reach out to Thomas while they were there. Unfortunate that they then took the time to write a bad review. If you choose to stay here you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Thomas for your exceptional hosting and beautiful home. We would love to visit again if the stars ever align.

This property with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It's a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood, away from the action of the park area, yet near enough where it's s short drive to all the attractions we went to. The house had everything to fulfill our family's needs, from relaxation to entertainment. The game room and pool were fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped (pots,pans, dinnerware etc. ). Also, the rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thought was definitely put into every facet of this rental and customer service from the owner was phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
