The house had everything we needed and was perfect for us. Lots of room and we enjoyed the game room as well. Pool was fantastic.

We absolutely loved this house, very comfortable, clean and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, just a pity we didn't have more time to enjoy it as we were dashing off to a park every day. The area was very quiet and secure. Our only complaint was that we chose not to include pool heating as this was going to cost another $500 and we were assured by an ex pat that we would't need it but it would have been better if it was just slightly warmer, perhaps a solar heating system would be a good option as most villa rentals in Europe heat the pool this way. Another thing we would have expected to see at a villa in Florida would have been a bbq grill as most homes there are equipped with this as standard.
