What a treat to stay in a clean, modern, smart house. Kids liked the technology, and Stephen, the owner, was a text away and immediately responsive. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, the shower tower in the master bath was a treat, and the huge flat screen tv’s in every room we’re an added bonus. Great location; 10 minutes or less to restaurants and shopping on the south side. The remote controlled driveway gate and the 360 privacy fence made the house very secure and private.

Stephen & Ali are fantastic hosts, both responsive and incredibly nice!
Their home is absolutely spotless, spacious, safe and very inviting. Rooms are well appointed, from bedding (think W hotel bed), light/fan fixtures to bathroom details. We even had towels presented nicely in each room...very thoughtful touch. My family and I spent a week at the property and we spent most of our time in the living area; as it opens to the kitchen area, with a large comfortable couch and very large TV. The front and back yards are very spacious. Home is located right off of South First, so you get to all things downtown fast. Overall, this is an incredibly well kept modern home with such a great vibe. We are going to miss it! Highly recommend!

I cannot say better things about this rental! The house was really cool and in a great location. Super comfortable beds and couch and I loved the open living space/kitchen. Great amenities, fully stocked with all necessities! It truly was like staying at home away from home. Highly recommend!
