As you step into the townhouse, you'll immediately be captivated by vibrant art and quality décor. Take time to notice the love and care we have put into the smallest details. Whether it's the game cart filled with tons of games & cards to keep the family entertained, the bar area for the mixologist, or the assortment of K-cup flavors for your morning coffee, you will be kept smiling.
Your family and friends will walk into our home and immediately agree you chose the perfect BnB! Located in the quiet & very safe Dawson neighborhood, you will forget that our townhouse is just blocks away from some of the city's most iconic restaurants, tourist attractions & music venues. This is one of the best neighborhoods to find out why local people love Austin so much!
Open the sliding door to the back patio to step into the perfect backyard lounge area! You will just have to decide if you want to sit on the L-sectional couch under the pergola, hang around the propane fireplace on the comfy chairs or start heating up the propane Weber for some BBQ.
Bedroom 1 (second floor): Our master bedroom won't disappoint with a king-sized bed, a walk-out balcony, and a luxury, spa-like bathroom with two shower heads. For those workcation guests, you will enjoy the desk and workspace!
Bedroom 2 (first floor): A queen-sized bed, full closet, lounging chair, and steps away from a full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): This room features a double-size bed w/ a memory foam mattress. For larger groups, it also offers a twin trundle bed (two twin beds). It also has a private full bathroom.
The house has a private driveway that can fit two cars and ample street parking. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.
RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.
This is a townhouse so it does share a wall but you wil never hear the neighbor and it is very private, even the backyard area.
No parties or events.
Pets are not allowed.

I rented this place for my retirement party as I have worked with a ton of people from Austin. This place was perfect for 12 of us to gather and laugh. There is plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are amazing. Very clean place. Only recommendation is that they add a cheese slicer. Seriously, that is it! Would definitely stay here again over and over

What a wonderful stay! Perfect for a girlfriend trip for 3. The location made it easy to take an uber to wonderful restaurants (Phoebe’s Diner, Driskill Hotel, Cooper’s, Havana Cafe, etc) and local sites (LBJ Library, Random Center, State Capital, Driskill Hotel). And a perfect host, Lucas!!

The home was in a perfect location for my wife and I, along with my sister and one adult son. Close to good grocery stores, highway 35 and Meanwhile Brewery, a great gathering spot for families that has an athletic field, indoor and outdoor seating, food trucks and live entertainment on an outdoor stage.
