We’re always happy to be on the non-drive portion of the beach. The unit was clean and generally comfortable. Great beach access. Check in and out was simple and clearly communicated. Having been owners of a unit on the sea dunes area just to the south, I’d like to offer a couple suggestions. Although the kitchen was generally very well equipped, some measuring cups and just one good knife would have been appreciated. Despite following the very clear instructions, the blinds in the living area were nearly unusable. In our unit we changed them out for simple blackout drapes operated by just pulling them across a single rod. Last, it’s probably time to replace the couch.

Location and view from this unit was fantastic. Everything you needed was available and easy access. Pool was very nice and clean. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensil's and space. We left the AC where it was set and didn’t need to change at all.The only reason we gave it a 4 as the bed was a bit stiff for our liking and could be addressed. The AC was also a bit loud, but didn’t really affect sleep.We would definitely return to this unit

Location is Great cannot get better if you are looking for some quiet time and ease to the beach. The week we were here there was unknown construction going on, which was loud, and water shut off for a day. Condo could have been a little cleaner, but it should be expected as it is an older building. Not sure that we will go back here but I would probably recommend but add the extra knowledge of this is for the beach not to stay inside all day. Good space in the 2 bedrooms
