Access to pool and beach very convenient, as described. Well appointed condo with all needs met. FYI: Because this unit is run by an outside entity, Great Ocean Condos and Homes, guests need to realize that any "building issues" is out of their control and the responsibility of the Condo Association. Therefore, the elevator access from the 3rd floor was not available to us for our entire stay because the buttons didn't work. So, we had to walk down to another floor to exit our condo floor. Very inconvenient. Condo Management of building had to order the part to fix and couldn't guarantee when the part would arrive. Front door access was also faulty as the strike plate was getting stuck. They did send Shelly, from Great Ocean Condos to fix. She was very kind and also reported for us the microwave not working properly.Our family had a great time in spite of these inconveniences.

We had a wonderful time staying here while visiting family for spring break. Took advantage of the closeness of the pool and the beach with lots of time outside. The beach toys were a big hit this year and it was nice to have a pick of beach chairs. Would stay again!Would

Amazing location and condo was spotless. Everything was so well explained and organized making this run smooth.
Far enough from the beach to not bring the sand in, but close enough to be there less 5 mins walking.
The community is very welcoming and friendly and the strict rules of the place creates the perfect peceful but yet fun atmosphere yo are looking for. We are deff coming back.
