Turn into the kitchen on your left for a bright, aesthetic atmosphere and some pre-beach snacks. From lovely cream cabinets to marbled granite countertops to pristine stainless steel appliances, this fully stocked kitchen appeals to both your inner chef and interior-design-loving heart.

The kitchen pass-through is lined with several barstools and a dining table for four sits directly behind. With such a beautiful area for cooking and plenty of dining space, plan to stay in a night or two for a home-style family dinner.

When your skin is glowing from a day in the sun, settle in for a nap between the cozy cushions on one of the living room couches. This living space provides plenty of plush seating, beachy decorations, and a mirrored wall that creates a sense of spaciousness in the room. After a long, sand-filled day, you and yours will love gathering around to watch a family favorite on the 50" flat-screen TV.

With a full/twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV that comes with Roku, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easily the children agree to bedtime! The guest bathroom provides a standard tub with a moveable showerhead, a granite top vanity, and plenty of plush bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, and Roku.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.

This complex is prized for its getaway appeal because it is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. This New Smyrna Condo complex offers the ultimate experience for water lovers with its beach view condos, oceanfront condos and spectacular sunset views.
