As you step into this beautifully updated condo, you'll be greeted by new tile floors and fresh paint throughout the entire space. The three full bathrooms have been meticulously renovated, providing both style and functionality. The kitchen and dry bar area have been transformed with modern upgrades, including a new refrigerator and beverage refrigerator. New window treatments add a touch of elegance to the interiors.
Entertainment is at its finest with brand new smart televisions in each bedroom (50") and a 55" TV in the living area. Whether you're unwinding in the cozy living space or relaxing in one of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms, you'll enjoy a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
The first-level bedroom boasts two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper level, a guest bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck for moments of serenity. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Beautiful villa with beautiful ocean view. Beds nice and comfy. Kitchen fully stocked. Only issue was couch quite uncomfortable.

Short vacation with my 73 year old mother and young children. The property is beautifully landscaped, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are very spacious, the unit was well layed out, and the view was great. Kitchen had great appliances, very easy for preparing meals. Great morning light overlooking the ocean, and west views for sunsets. I wish the baby and the adult pools were heated off season, but we still made it in the pool every day. We will definitely stay in the Shipwatch complex again!
