With accommodations for up to 10 guests, this combo provides plenty of room to spread out. Palm Cottage, located on the upstairs level, features a king bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and private balconies accessible from both the living room and bedroom—perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Sunshine Cottage, located on the lower level, offers two bedrooms each with queen beds, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area and a comfortable shared living space.
Together, the two units offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and multiple living areas, making it easy for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy their time at the beach while still having their own space to unwind.
Guests can also enjoy shared outdoor spaces throughout the property, including the pool, deck, grilling areas, and a shared exterior washer and dryer, all designed to enhance your beachside experience and capture the laid-back charm of island living.
Located just a short walk from the beach and close to the popular John’s Pass Boardwalk, this combo is perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure.
Please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. A signed rental agreement and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in. Exterior security cameras are in place and record audio and video 24/7. Some areas of the property require stairs for access.

Loved this home and it's backyard oasis. Even though we were there during New Year's week, we had a ton of privacy and only a short little path and walk to the beach . John's Pass was an easy walk via the road (dolphin sightings from the bridge every day we were there) or via the beach to go grab lunch or shopping. The house had everything you could need with lots of Florida charm. Would definately stay again!
