    It is my second time booking Hotel Doma but I did not recall having such a bad experience as I am having now. I and travelling with a female friend and I book a Double Room from the period 23/04 to 26/04. Hotel service only provide cleaning service if you stay more than 3 nights, which means no replacement of water, shampoo/body wash packets (yes, they only provided 2 packets). The double room shower is a bath tub which means when we shower as girls our hair will clog the drainage. So with no daily cleaning service - it means we have to clean up after ourselves? And to add to the dissatisfaction of the room, the front desk guy has really bad attitude. I asked politely if he could help me with my luggages as it was stairs up to the lobby - he let out a loud groan of displeasure. I have to add he was a young man as young man as well. Also, he has a constant look of annoyance and seems really unhappy to be working there. We were never able to request for more because he dismissed us irritably. Another thing, he was constantly not found at the front desk if you have to look for him. All in all this round of hotel stay has been an unpleasant experience and I have yet to check out.

    Just right outside Chungmuro station location is very convenient! Very clean and bathroom with bathtub. Will defined stay again in the future.

    Spacious room however, rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from the outside (tolerable) and the hallway and water running on pipes. Specifically Room314, the rain shower is not working. The water pressure is strong but all the water are coming out of the connection pipes and not the rain shower head. The small shower head also is not working. Good thing the tub is deep. I filled the tub with water and bath from there. Just wait to drain before you fill again to rinse soap and shampoo away.

    It was not run like a standard hotel with the normal standard of facilities that a standard should have or provided. It looked more like a apartment converted and it run terribly without any front desk receiption after their staff working hours from 8am to 5pm. Any matters can only look for them within that period of working hours.
