The location was PERFECT!
The check in being so far from the room was minorly inconvenient. I understood the instructions so I had no problem checking in, but other people in my group walked back and forth with their luggage.

location was the most convenient of all, right on the plaza
it was extremely hot when we got there and 1 of the air conditioners didn't work at 1st. She did come within the hour to fi it though. However, you could only use the air condition when you were in it so it took time to cool down each time we entered..... during our heat wave there.
we also felt locked in because the doors had a funny way of letting you leave. Even over the phone, they were not able to explain how to open the door.
also we wish someone was there to greet us, that took an hour away from our stay.

Love the central location, apartment was super clean and very comfortable
Only think I didn’t like was that it’s pretty noisy from early morning due staff at the communal part. Even so they doing their job, I didn’t wanted to get up at 8am after got back at 2am.

Location was perfect.
Very ordinary breakfast expected a little more than cake and dry toast.
We were given the attic room very low ceiling I kept hitting my head on the exposed beams no view out of the window which was so small.
the room, compared to other rooms in this location which looked a lot better and bigger and not having to contend with more stairs.
