Lovely, friendly staff! Great location - would stay again!

It was lovely and warm, good amenities for cooking/cleaning, and the shower was great too! There was also a great family room with lots of board games in the main reception.

The walls were paper thin, and we had to knock on others’ apartments twice during our stay to remind them of this! Also, we cosy as it was, the heating was on constantly with no controls so it was a bit clammy at times.

Great location, great staff, very comfortable accommodation.

The hotel staff was super nice, accommodating and helpful. We needed to do a late check in, and that was no problem, we thank you very much!! We had an apartment with kitchenette, everything we needed to cook was there and there was a lot of place for storage (both for clothes and food). They have a lot of information about hiking trails nearby, they have printed out the routes and you can take a paper copy with you, we loved that.

Disappointing!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and available. The playground for kids is nice.

The toilet is too small and the door opens towards inside, leaving you absolutely no space to stand up if you want to get out, so you have to sit on the toilet with legs wide open on each side to open/close door and it is very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty and old and peeled. Every corners are dusty. Stain on the new sheet that looks like blood. We think that the price is too expensive for the location and the quality of the rooms.

un endroit pour dormir d'un bon rapport qualité

personnel au top, résidence vieillissante qui aurait besoin d'être rénovée !! c 'est vieillot, literie à revoir et lits dans la chambre pour des enfants et non des adultes de plus de 1.80 mètres...porte d'entrée très abimée comme si elle avait été forcée, équipements cuisine ok ,et très bon emplacement ! un bon plan ...si vous êtes dehors toute la journée la station est belle et sympas !

Fort potentiel mais besoin d'un bon coup de neuf

La situation géographique, le personnel très accueillant. La disponibilité des locations (réservation de dernière minute, le matin même)

L'appartement est assez "vieux, dans son jus" et à besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement : -La porte d'entrée est une passoire (on sent le froid) d'ailleurs il ne faisait pas tres chaud dans les pieces, heureusement que l'accueil nous a prêté un radiateur électrique car on aurait eu du mal a faire sécher les affaire. -le frigo était cassé (en état de marche mais la poignée a cassé en arrivant et un étage à l'intérieur l'était déjà) -il manque un vrai four (même petit, ça irai) - la salle de bain est très petite, l'appartement est pour 4 personnes, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 ans et c'est vraiment trop juste, on a du mal à s'occuper de son enfant pour la sortie de douche...

Séjour de dernière minute d'une nuit plutot agréable en bas des pistes.

J'ai adoré l'accueil très chaleureux de la réceptionniste ! Du moment de la réservation au téléphone jusqu'à notre départ donc un grand merci à elle.

3 nuit compliqués mais sinon de belles promenades et des commerçants très sympathique.

L’accueil, la proximité du village le chauffage trop des fois mais c’est mieux que d’avoir froid et un bon débit d’eau.

Appartement vétuste pour 8 personnes 2 lits superposés, 1 lit pour 1 couple et le clic clac pour 2 c’est pas possible ! Trop exigus 😫pas de volet côté cuisine, la chambre y’en a un mais il sert à rien . On attend avec impatience la rénovation 😊

L’accueil et l’emplacement étaient parfait

La vétusté des appartements, le manque d’activité et d’infrastructures. Le bruits dans les parties communes des 7h du matin et tard le soir.

très bien, logement assez grand pour mon séjour avec deux enfants, très bien chauffé, salle de jeu avec beaucoup de jeux et de livres ; le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bien pour court séjour avec enfant.

La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel. Les diverses propositions d'activités pour les enfants (piscine, club que nous n'avons pas essayé, jeux de société, d'échec et dames en grand format en extérieur). Pas loin du centre du village.

La literie (canapé lit donc pas top pour dormir) qui grincent au moindre mouvement, le coussin trop fin. Le manque d'ustensiles comme des verres ou bols pour le petit déjeuner.

Lit canapé une horreur pour deux adultes dans un état lamentable ce qui est dommage car le cadre était sympathique, l’état de la salle de bain est tellement mal entretenue que même le ménage ne se vois pas , et l’appartement pour 5 personnes au delà de 1 nuit est ingérable car très étroit.

Proximité village et télécabine, chariot pour transporter les bagages, nécessaire pour faire la cuisine, accueil sympathique

sol du séjour collant, meuble au-dessus de la cuisinière poisseux, nappe de la table douteuse, wc étroit, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de rangement dans la chambre de 4 lits superposés, un peu juste pour passer une semaine à 5. mériterait un coup de neuf.
