Perfect
The location couldn't be more perfect. The flat was very spacious and looked exactly like in the photos. It's a newly renovated flat, we would be staying there again if needed.
It's not the end of the world and we would be staying there again, but there was no WIFI network name, only the password, which we thought was a bit strange, but sure we figured it out in 2 min.

Nearly perfect
Convenient layout, fresh and cozy design, well maintained and clean. Especually I loved the reading chair. Very comfortable mattress and beautiful beddings. I felt like at home.
1. No instructions on how to find an entrance to the building and what floor the apt is located on. 2. Wifi instructions did contain password only without a network name - how should I know which one it is? 3. They left 2 tea bags on the coffee table - what if I want to have 5 teas? 4. No soap and shower gel in the shower. I had a soapless shower.

Exceptional
The apartment is very clean and a nice scent greets you after entering through the door. It also has a lot of things that might be needed throughout the stay. We easily found a parking place around. Probably the best part was the location, as we could see the city square and the Christmas tree through our windows. The owner is really polite and answers the messages promptly. We have stayed in quite a few places in Šiauliai and this is for sure the one to come back to.
