Location is just perfect. Host is great and respond promptly. Love the quality amenities provided including Aesop toiletries.
No lift so we have to carry the heavy luggages up and down the apartment. Aircon system is also a little confusing. Cant get it to work properly. Otherwise, i love the apartment. Cosy stay.

The apartment was beautiful and spotless, very tastefully set up. Great location, and Chi and Dan were the most welcoming, responsive and accommodating team of hosts. I definitely hope to stay at either of the two Ryokan apartments next time I'm in Sydney.

Location was excellent but did have across the road a building site that woke us up early on Saturday morning.
The blinds on the windows made it awkward to open the windows.

Location, hosts, cleanliness,facilities,
No lift to 3rd floor, too many steps in the Japanese inspired unit, bathroom too small, shower in the bath not easy to get out of. 1 bedroom bed on the floor with 4 steps up to room. Nowhere to sit as the Lounge was on the floor. Tv set in wall very small.
