Très propre (literie, pièces, cuisine, SdB, WC) Équipement très complet Très calme et bien situé (centre ville) Grande disponibilité de la propriétaire par tel en cas de besoin
La déco (on aime ou pas), Matelas trop mous, Salle de bain minuscule Chauffage central coupé (en cours de rénovation). Le radiateur électrique soufflant mis a disposition est assez bruyant. Impossible de dormir dans la même pièce.
