The location of Finca San Pablo with its huge garden is absolutely fantastic. It offers awesome views to the ocean and even a small glimpse of Teide. It also has several seating areas outside alongside the possibility of making fire and even an outside oven. The house is very nicely decorated inside and has the perfect size for a couple. Also nice is the inside fireplace which will help you heat up the environment in the colder months. The hosts had the nice gesture of preparing a welcome package with wine, cheese, bread and bananas. We were absolutely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The water of the bathroom sink has pretty low pressure. The wood for the fireplace gets pretty humid so it takes a while to ignite it, but in this case i don't think theres much that can be done, it's just the climate.

The location, away from tourism, a home in another country. The first drive to the finca is a bit adventurous, but after that a peace of cake. What you get is a beautiful finca, with all you need. At 600m above sealevel, a beautiful garden and with great views. The beds are great, the shower is good and warm, heater outside to enjoy long evenings outside, a kitchen well equiped to make your own meals and a lovely fireplace. We met Carmen, her son and the friend who were working with passion in the beautiful garden. All were so nice, friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will come back if we get the chance.

The Finca and the location

No English TV channel. Needs hotel quality bed linen.

When the dogs were not barking it was very peaceful and nice to be away from tourists. The views were great. On arrival the host was welcoming, and there was fruit, wine, bread rolls and cheese for us on arrival. The scenary driving to and from Icod from the south was an enjoyable experience. 10 minutes in the car from a few large supermarkets

House was damp, toilet was a bit loose, was difficult to make use of garden facilities as the grass was overgrown. House could have been cleaner. At this time of year it would have been nice to have more than 1 set of clean towels and bedding as these take longer to dry. No oven in kitchen, just a hob and microwave. Be careful on entering the property, its quite a tight turn into the driveway, nearly crunched the hire car, also if arriving late, its very dark and could get slippy walking up to the finca from the car park. A lot of neighbours have dogs and tend to keep them outside during the night.
