Finca Casa Yaya

Sehr gut ausgestattet das Haus. Bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer. Großer Kühlschrank MIT Gefrierfach. Tolle Terassen, je nach Tageszeit nutzbar. Betten hervorragend, genug Kissen. Abfalltrennung möglich.

Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und nicht gut asphaltiert. Wir hatten einen Mittelklassewagen, daher kein Problem damit.

The location and the view are to die for. The house is amazing on a large plot of land you have access too. The land has fruit trees. There's a wrap around terrace and a sun roof terrace too. There is another smaller property next door but the configuration is so that you can easily have complete privacy. There's a fireplace in the house and a BBQ outside. Really the perfect place for a tranquil retreat in the nature. Internet is very fast and stable for those who would like to work remotely (we worked and had no problems)

The road to get up there is very steep and with a basic car rental (low class) we struggled a bit - we had to select alternative/longer routes on Google map and that made it easier. Bedding and towels could be refreshed. There are other things that could be improved, it's not perfect, but then again this was exactly the rustic feel I was expecting.

Location was excellent. Lovely peaceful place which was well kept and surrounded by lovely gardens with oranges, lemons and grapefruit growing even in January.

If you arrived in the dark it wouldn't be easy to find. The last part of the road was untarred and unlit so I was glad we arrived in daylight. It was cool in the evening so was glad of the effective heating.
