About this apartment rental
This modern, southfacing apartment on the 7th floor of a gated and safe complex “Balcones del Mar” is situated just in the center of the Marina and the beautiful Estepona´s Old Town at a 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to both and opposite to the famous Playa de la Rada. This top floor apartment has amazing views from the 12 m2 balcony , bedroom, living-dining room and features as well a bathroom with tub and a separate fully equipped kitchen.
The complex is located in a very quiet district of Estepona enjoying beautiful gardens, community swimming pools (one for adults and another one for children), sauna, jacuzzi and a gym. On the top of the building is as well a communal solarium
On your arrival I will show you personally the apartment and the ameneties.
There is no need for a car, because all ameneties are in a walking distance, but a private underground parking is available.

Our host was lovely. Quick to answer and inquiries and met us quickly upon our arrival. The apartment was very well set up. View was fantastic with a nice balcony. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment. It was very central and walkable to all of Estepona.

Carmen and her husband were extremely professional, warm, welcoming and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with them.The apartment is well located being in between the old town and the marina such that it is an easy walk along the boardwalk to either.

Amazing location, overlooking the sea and a very comfortable apartment. We particularly loved the terrace, where we had a gentle breeze even on the hottest days. It was an easy 15min walk into the Old Town and a 10min walk to the port, in the opposite direction. Carmen our host was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return!

Nice accomodation in convenient location between Estepona and nearby Port. Host hospitality was welcoming and prompt. The apartment is well equipped with parking, laundry, kitchen. However we found the mattress, and pillows to be uncomfortable. Room storage for luggage was limited.Views from the deck were highlight of our stay.
