Friendly staff.
Close to the centre of Arcachon, within short walking distance of shops & restaurants.
Cours Desbiey is a VERY noisy road.....motorbikes at 3am & people talking & shouting outside at 4am!!
Some equipment did not work properly (kettle & microwave for example - possible electrical problems?) and the shower sometimes flooded the bathroom floor.
The garage door to underground parking was problematic - often left open at night (unable to close by beeper) allowing some people from outside to enter and urinate in the parking area - sometimes in the morning the smell was not pleasant!
