המיקום מצוין. בעלת הדירה נדיה מאד עוזרת. 2 חדרי אמבטיה. מכונת כביסה ומדיח כלים עם כל מה שצריך.שפע של מגבות.
חסר מייבש כביסה. יש חרקים ליד דלת הכניסה. קומת הביניים נמוכה בגובה של מטר
