Beautiful stay!

The location was beautiful, the kids toy barn and playarea were a huge hit. The apartment was spacious and clean.

You will need a car to access as its a little out of Soll and Itter....but we loved this about the location.

Stunning location & view, comfy & cozy place

Stunning location & view, beautiful children play area, kind & helpful hosts

Highly recommended to come with a rented car to this place, it's up a steep hill and bit far from the closest restaurant and supermarket. Also gear up with some snacks, and the essential food & beverage to take with you. Most of the hosting family and people in the area don't speak English, so have your translation app at hand :-)

Exceptional

This place is great with comfy, renovated appartments (the two beedroom appratment is also renovated and looks great -booking has some old pictures). You could order milk (there are cows on farm) and fresh rolls ready for you in morning. The host is very nice and helped us with drive to and from mechanic when our car broken. The appartment had everything you need and was very well equipped with kitchen supplies. The skiwelt ski slopes are located around 15-20 minutes walking and you could leave the ski and boots in depo next to ski lift for around 4 euro per day per person. If you are in Grunholz you either need to use car or depo and walk to ski slopes. We didn't have enough snow to check possibility of skiing to the ski slopes which was described by someone.

The appartment is not located on small piste as might be shown on pictures as the lift was closed a while ago. Also the building doesn't have a restaurant anymore (or at least not in march when we were there).

Pleasant place with good connection to nature

Absolutely amazing location in the end of the village, so you can easily let your children play in the garden x street. Good connection to nature, there are plenty of domestic animals, so when you live in the apartment as us, your children will appreciate it a lot. You can easily store your bikes and other accessories in the barn Personally I like the smell which is typical for these kind of "Bauernhofs" Hiking, Biking - directly from the door

The accommodation is situated on the hill - so it´s bit harder to go back (at least with children :-)) Honestly bathroom is not exactly the latest and also beds are not that comfortable as you expected, even there are approx. 190cm long - probably due to spatial options.

Exceptional

Location of the house is the best point! Really. House is on the last position of the village, surrounded by a green meadows and forrests. Stunning views from the balcony to valley, which is like from the fairy tale. Apartment has three rooms and two bathrooms with wc. Apartment is fully equipped. Owners are so kind and helpful. Some problems happened to us and Simone and her husband help us immediately. Me and my family has really great time at Grünholz, thank you.

Bergurlaub mit Aussicht und sehr netten Gastgebern

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Tolle Lage am Hang. Familie Rogl wunderbar: Schlitten mitbenutzen, Brötchenservice, frische Eier… Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zur Unterkunft ging’s nur bergauf (ist halt so in den Bergen😉)

Dejligt landsted, fin lejlighed og helt fantastiske værter. Vi fik service helt ud over hvad man normalt vil forvente. Lækkert morgenbrød blev leveret. Itter skiområde har god forbindelse til Wilder Keiser.

Alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Für die Kids waren die Tiere und die Fahrzeuge super. Brötchenservice ist super. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich

Super idyllische Lage, ideal für einen Familienurlaub

Super idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. Sehr bequeme Betten und Matratzen. Ausstattung der fewhg war super. Als uns etwas fehlte, wurde es sofort besorgt und gebracht. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber Familie. Auch für Kinder gibt es die Ziegen und Katzenzum streicheln sowie viele Spielgeräte für draußen und eine toll ausgestattete spielscheune für Regentage. Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Der einzige Nachteil war, das man immer den großen Berg hochlaufen musste oder mit dem Auto fahren. Und die Mücken 😉

Espectacular

Simone nos ha tratado maravillosamente.Ha estado pendiente de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda estado una anfitriona excelente. El apartamento es espectacular ,las vistas,tiene de todo para que estés a gusto,el parque infantil para la peque,los prados para los mayores,los animales… Las toallas olían a “cielo” según mis hijas. Las camas muy cómodas. Ha sido una estancia para no olvidar. Esperamos volver pronto.

Fantastische plek voor kleine kinderen!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin (twee jonge kindjes van 6 maanden en 2 jaar). Voor de oudste waren het speeltuintje en de loopfietsjes/tractors ideaal! We hadden een balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ook heel fijn dat het appartement drie slaapkamers had. Simone, de eigenaresse, was erg aardig. 's Ochtens kregen we gratis eieren van de kippen. Je moet wel de auto pakken om ergens te komen, maar dat is helemaal niet erg. Ellmau, Söll is allemaal binnen 20 minuten rijden. Een ideale plek voor kinderen!

Helaas waren er heel wat muggen toen wij er verbleven, als ik dan iets moet noemen dan is het misschien een tip om een hor te plaatsen in de slaapkamer en woonkamer, zodat we 's nachts toch nog het raam open kunnen zetten. Het was namelijk vrij warm.
