Vacation at the Kodahof
Our farm was built in 1929 and has been maintained and renovated with great attention to detail. Enjoy a peaceful, restful, and relaxing vacation at our farm in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We’re just a few meters from the valley station of the Salvista Gondola, which offers the ideal gateway to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental—Austria’s largest contiguous ski area. After a great day of skiing, take the downhill run in Itter (the longest downhill run in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental) all the way down to our house.
In the summer, numerous hiking and biking opportunities await you in the Kitzbühel Alps—and best of all: everything is accessible right from your front door!
Explore the wide variety of excursion options in the surrounding area or enjoy the wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser Mountains from the balcony.
In our adjacent house (Haus Rabl) in Itter, you’ll find our Pölvenblick vacation rental for up to 8 people and our Berggefühl apartment for up to 6 people.
Thanks to our prime location, in winter it’s time to strap on your skis and hit the slopes! Our Pölvenblick vacation rental is located right next to the Salvista gondola—the direct access point to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental. This means one of Austria’s largest ski resorts is right on our doorstep. So your car gets a vacation, too. The practice slope, ski rental, ski school, and après-ski bar are also right next door.
Right at the gondola station is the Intersport Okay, which also offers bike rentals and a ski storage facility, for example.
But we’re also in a great location in the summer—hiking and biking trails start right from the house.

Our spacious vacation rental is furnished in a rustic Tyrolean style and features a kitchen-living room with a TV, 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 restrooms, an entryway, and a balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available. Our Swiss stone pine beds ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep.
Ideal for families or small groups of up to 11 people
On-site costs: Included: heating, water, electricity; Not included: visitor’s tax, final cleaning
