Posizione buona. A breve distanza dal centro della cittadina.
La proprietaria ha raccolto la ns insoddisfazione per l'appartamento ed è stata molto disponibile ed attiva nel cercare sistemazione alternativa, che ci è stata proposta ma che non abbiamo accettato in quanto in cittadina vicina e non gradita (abbiamo quindi preferito ridurre la ns permanenza).
Le mie valutazioni sono strettamente legate alla tipologia di appartamento fornito (al piano terreno): appartamento al piano terreno, seminterrato dal lato strada ma con un giardino dal lato opposto.
Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e le camere non erano, a nostro avviso, affatto adatte a raccogliere questo numero di persone.
Ambienti bui con finestre con affaccio su muri.
Arredamento (e cucina) molto molto datato e meno che essenziale.
Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
