Location, terrace of the apartments, close to beach. Very friendly owner. The whole apartment house is in the shadow of pine trees. Owner was very friendly to lend us some of thing we did not have with us.
The furniture is a bit outdated but nothing to have concern about.

Great location only 5 mins to the nearest beach. The host was really friendly. Essential facilities but comfortable for a family with 1-2 children.

Bliskość do morza i duży balkon / taras.
Obiekt nie jest czysty, plastikowa wykładzina na podłodze, brak możliwości posprzątania apartamentu, jedna szczotka do tarasu oraz wnętrza , brak czajnika, garnki i patelnie zużyte - do wymiany. Trzeba wszystko mieć ze sobą lub kupić na miejscu takie rzeczy jak ściereczki, płyn do mycia WC, umywalek, papier toaletowy itp. (W poprzednich apartamentach chorwackich w których byliśmy wszystkie te rzeczy były na miejscu), markizy zewnętrzne nie były wyczyszczone, brudne, zapleśniałe, podarte. Tak samo ze stołem oraz krzesłami, które musieliśmy sami sobie przygotować do użytku, stara sofa na tarasie, brudna nie zachęcała do przebywania na niej.
Źle zaznaczona lokalizacja na Booking spowodowała już na samym początku pobytu nerwy związane z próbą oszustwa nas ale tylko przez przypadek spotkania młodego Chorwata, który pomógł nam znaleźć obiekt okazało się, że jest on po drugiej stronie Baška Voda pod tym względem zakończyło się pozytywnie.
Apartament nie jest wart swojej ceny.
