About this villa rental
The house is in the 'Notteri' area towards Capo Carbonara, located in the strip of sand between the tourist port and the beach known as 'TIMI AMA', very close to 'Cala Giunco'. The adjacent salt lake is often frequented by pink flamingos that stroll very close to the entrance gate. The TIMI AMA beach, reachable in 5 minutes on foot, is five hundred meters away, it is mostly a free beach even if some umbrella services are available. Other beaches on the other front are within walking distance such as the small beach under the ancient tower. The house is laid out on the ground floor and is surrounded on three sides by a 1300 square meter garden planted with palm trees and pine trees. There are four bedrooms, two of which are doubles and two are doubles with bunk beds, each bedroom has a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioner, two bathrooms (the second built in 2017) with sink, toilet, bidet and large shower, kitchen with all appliances (hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher). The large living room is equipped with a large extendable table and a ceiling fan and satellite TV. There is a large loggia with a second table for outdoor dining, a wicker sitting area, deck chairs and a beach bed. There are two outdoor showers. The outdoor wood-burning barbeque is no longer available in compliance with the ban on lighting fires outside.

Das Haus bietet genug Platz für die ganze Familie oder auch super für zwei Familien.
Es ist landestypisch eingerichtet, es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Besonders der Außenbereich ist echt groß und die überdachte Terrasse ist super bei jedem Wetter.
Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist (oder sehr kleine Kinder dabei hat, die einen leichten Schlaf haben), stört sich vielleicht an den etwas lauten Türen (Knarren, Schleifen) oder den ungewohnt lauten Toilettenspülungen.
Etwas nervig, aber absolut kein Verschulden der Vermieter ist das allabendliche Animationsprogramm des nahe gelegenen Hotels. Zwischen 22 und 24 Uhr hört man es jeden Abend über die Lagune schallen.
Die Lage vom Haus ist super, man ist in 10-15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß am wunderschönen Strand Porto Giunco. Auch zum Spiaggia del Riso kann man gut laufen. In der Nähe findet man noch viele andere schöne Buchten.
In den Ort Villasimius kommt man mit dem Auto schnell, innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man da. Hier findet man alles zum EInkaufen, Bummeln, Essen gehen etc.

Abbiamo trascorso solo una settimana in questa bella villa ma ci è bastata per lasciarci il cuore!il sig. Alberto gentilissimo al nostro arrivo, facendoci trovare dell'ottimo vino e pane tipico, e disponibile durante il soggiorno. La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione, anzi anche di più dal momento che era fornita anche di alimentari e generi di prima necessità. È la prima volta che ci capita di arrivare in una casa e trovare i letti fatti e un'ottima pulizia davvero!! che dire...consigliata e alla prossima.
Grazie ancora sig. Mulas per tutto!!

Villa in posizione perfetta per raggiungere anche a piedi la bellissima spiaggia del giunco. E facilmente in auto le altre numerose e bellissime spiagge di Villasimius e Costa Rei. Spazi interni ampi, all'esterno porticato ben attrezzato, 2/3 posti auto e immenso giardino privato. Arredamento abbastanza datato ma funzionale. Unica nota stonata la presenza di un solo bagno, peraltro funzionale. Sopperisce la doccia esterna. Proprietario cortese e disponibile.
