Location, peaceful and quiet rooms, very clean
Not a real problem as it turned out but the street parking was a minor difficulty, but only minor.

Good central location, good size bathroom, good instructions for washing machine and heating.
Flat had damp on walls, was hard to get warm, could hear people in other flats very easily, views of bins and unkempt garden.
