Loved that it was very clean. Humar was really helpful and answered questions quickly. The bed linen was lovely and smelt clean and fresh. There were cupboard items on the kitchen which Humar had left. Loved that there was a decent hairdryer, straighteners and an iron (though didn't use as there was no ironing board). Loved the toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchen cleaning products.

A few negatives Like others, have mentioned, no plug or bowl for kitchen sink making washing up difficult. The steps up to the caravan door need attention/,replacing and the stepping stones need resetting as they are wobbly. With my mother with us she felt really anxious walking on them so opted to walk on the grass, however that was problematic as there was a hole which she tripped into and fell as it wasn't plainly visible. Need more plug sockets in the living room as the pnly ones had the TV and router plugged into and also needed another in the double bedroom as there was only one: just a couple of 4 way extension leads would've been helpful. The handle on of of the drawers of the airfryer was broken although it looked like there had been an attempt to glue it back on. The bin in the kitchen was really tiny and with 6 of us it was full before the end of our first day.

Nothing
