El apartamento fue genial y confortable con buenas vistas al mar y la recepción fue amable y cercana.(ambiente en general muy tranquilo)

Close to the beach and Tram

The apartment was very small; only 47 square meters. The property was not suitable for a couple. There was no air conditioning and the two small fans were not able to keep the place cool enough. The kitchen was extremely small and not practical. The elevator was not air conditioned and standing the heat till the 13th floor (where the apartment was located) was a torture. The pool was closed most of the time due to construction. The balcony awnings could not be lowered to prevent the scorching heat due to construction. The construction crew could easily watch us sleep every time their elevator reached our balcony. Closing the curtains created extreme heat inside. The electricity to the entrance door to the urbanization was cut off and we were not given the right key to enter. We had to wait in the heat for someone to arrive and let us in through the parking door. Water to the urbanization was cut off for several hours once. The bidet leaked badly once. Paying over €3100 for 35 nights for an apartment with above condensation was extremely unfair.
