Villa Erofili was perfect for our family of 6! It was even quainter in-person than the pictures on-line! We had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. There are 3 separate terraces with stunning views! The hosts met us on arrival and departure and helped us arrange transports to and from the ferry port. Everything was very clean. It is a short walk to the Fira town center (be prepared for stairs--it is Santorini after all!). This was everyone's favorite place that we stayed in on our trip to Greece and we would 100% stay there again!

The host Stravroula is very nice. She is quick to respond to any questions, concerns and issues. She helped me book a taxi and a tour and she was ready to make more arrangements if required. The location of the Villa is very good. It's very close to the Fira Main Square, bus stop and market. The Villa is spacious and has a Jacuzzi but it's outside. It has good balconies which can be enjoyed when the weather is not hot or sunny.
The photos were misleading. The Villa was creaky and not so new as seen in the photos. The windows faced the East side only. The sea view was not as beautiful as the photos depict because a lot of other Villas and old buildings including the electricity wire poles mess up the view. The jacuzzi was small and didn't have a hot water option. The hot water in all bathrooms was muddy and unusable. A couple of guys tried to come and fix it but it was still muddy. Access to the Villa requires climbing down and up a lot of steps and is not wheelchair or stroller friendly (but this is mentioned at the very end of their description which I missed reading before booking).
