The hotel is well situated in the centre of the medieval little town with quite a few car restrictions: great for quietness, leisurely walking, photography, but not so great for luggage carrying if you miss the 'drop off' point. Our fault: instructions from hotel has been provided to avoid this issue. Little town feels safe.
Very pleasant generally, room a bit small but quite satisfactory for our overnight stay. Hoteliers very welcoming. Very quiet. Next door to basilica which remained opened all night it seems.
Good breakfast.
Nothing to dislike. As an aside, unfortunately the website at our point of booking has not been updated for the new season [reopened the day of our stay after winter] and restaurant was not yet opened.
