Superb apartment in the center of Las Americas

6 week stay. Kitchen…Very good clean & all appliances in good working order. However we did buy little extras which we left for future guests. Living area….A good size ( for 2 people) A good T.V. with movie star & Netflix. Wi Fi was excellent. The downside was the sofa bed, which we found uncomfortable & had to adapt. Also in our opinion could do with refreshing, decorating etc. Balcony….nice size..gets the sun in the afternoon. Bedroom….Good size bedroom, very comfortable bed & plenty of clean bedding. Whilst we were there we both suffered with bad chesty coughs which we believe we got due to the damp in the bedroom, which can be Clearly seen round the bottom of the walls and by the wardrobe door. Shower room…Excellent with plenty of clean towels. We did have a problem initially with cockroaches but managed to address this problem successfully. The appartment is situated over a bar ( Leonardo’s) this had its good points & bad points. The good point for us was occasionally sitting on our balcony & enjoying the music whilst having a drink. The bad points were when we needed an early night the music could be clearly heard in the bedroom till midnight & sometimes beyond. Also the cellar to Leonardo’s was directly underneath the appartment & you could hear the rolling of the beer barrells & also the hand dryers being used. The Complex its self Excellent, really secure and kept clean & tidy. All in all we have enjoyed our stay and may return in the future.

Just returned from pairso royal apartments we were in Daniel and pina1 Bedroom apartment this apartment is fabulous it has everything you require it really is home from home it's immaculate clean you get extra bedding for you to change when required plenty of towels instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to follow the location of the apartment is brilliant right in the heart of everything there is two sets of French doors so no noise what so ever if you are looking for a lovely clean home from home apartment for a holiday i recommend this tryed to return for next xmas and new year but sadly already booked if i ever get the chance to rent again i be straight in overall experience was fabulous thanks Daniel and pina
