Studio Eldorado in Playa de Las Americas near the beach

The property was clean and close to all amenities, landlord was lovely and even gifted me a bottle of wine upon my arrival

Everything was great

Nice and clean apartment in the center of Las Americas. Easy to find. Friendly owner, we were checked-in earlier, thank you. Clean and cozy pool area with two swimming pools - for kids and for adults. There is also a pool bar where you can have coffee, drinks, food and icecream. Guests are mostly nice elderly couples from Germany and UK, so the atmosphere was very peaceful. 24/7 reception desk, which makes you feel safe, and spacious lobby. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Comfortable bed and pillows, very good wifi. Very close to various restaurants, cafes, bus stop, shops, beaches and beautiful coastline to watch the sunsets

-Very noisy in the evening and at night. Dont forget to take your ear-plugs, I could sleep only with them. There are several karaoke clubs and sports bars just in front of the property, so you can always hear screaming drunk people in the evening till 3 am even if the windows are fully closed. The streets around the ptoperty are very dirty, and there are a lot of homeless people in the streets. But it is only because the property is in the central part of Las Americas. -Dirty walls in the apartment -Sometimes bad smell in the bathroom
