The location was great. It is ocean front. We could walk to the tiki hut and other restaurants and shopping.
The front door had gaps around it and the sliding door didn’t lock. It would have been nice to have extra sheets. The unit also needs some minor improvements.

The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked for anything you needed to cook. Great location.
The futon could use replacing. The codes for the gates to get into the apartment complex and for beach access, randomly worked and randomly did not. Fortunately there were enough people there to get in and out.

The closeness to Coligny Colony and beach access
Smelt like cigarette smoke when we first walked in and the gate code would not work for us. Had to call Vasca and they had to give us 4 different numbers to get the gate open. The WiFi would not come up for us to use.

Conveniently located,clean,
The sofa needs replaced, very uncomfortable and difficult to sit on,we had no WiFi the entire stay,we contacted Vacasa was to get help never did receive help. Our TV for 2 days had no voice late Thursday was going to bring a new TV ,ours started working again. We left Friday.
