About this house rental
Upstairs is an elegant and bright hall with staircase to access the ground floor. To the right is a suite with double bed and bathroom (bath, bidet, WC) has air conditioning. A machine room with washing machine, iron and closet Ropala House is located in Aiguadolç, next to the marina and Cala Balmins, a beautiful sandy beach, the whole beach is divided into three bays, which are protected from wind. It houses a snack bar and a restaurant where you can taste the Mediterranean food. Due to its location in the winter season, this beach is ideal for sunbathing.
The house overlooks the bay of Sitges beach is 2 minutes and the village 10 minutes.
The House:
It has every comfort, it has an approximate size of 180 meters and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, video intercom, among other things.

To the left of the hall there are two single rooms with trundle beds also are air-conditioned and have access to the terrace with views to the sea and the bay, a shared bathroom fully equipped (bath, bidet, WC).
It is the ground floor, we find a large living room with its magnificent table for 12 people, plasma TV, stereo, DVD, TDT. From the lounge you access to a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea also has access to go to the pool and beach, here we find a barbecue. Downstairs is also fully equipped with high-end kitchen appliances. A cloak room and large master suite with double bed, TV, bathroom with large bath, shower, two sinks, bidet and toilet.
The entire ground floor is surrounded by a large patio can be accessed from the suite's kitchen and lounge are in a teak garden furniture and plants which gives a relaxing environment at the end of the day, being an ideal place to rest.
The whole house has natural light, so it is very bright, also if required can have a parking space, with an additional cost of 15 € a day. Refundable deposit: 800 € (will be refunded on departure and that the apartment in good condition).
Cleaning fee: € 150.
Sitges Tourist tax € 0.50 per person / per night for up to 7 nights, youth under 17 free.
