- Bus routes were mostly insufficient for our Monza access needs during our stay. - Breakfast was lacking variety and quality (ie. no savoury foods) - Hours for laundry usage not specified and thus, not useful to us. - Bed frame leg snapped off during finnal day.

Un posto molto vecchio, il proprietario poco accogliente. Io avevo freddo ma teneva le coperte sotto chiave e prima che mi ha preso una coperta ho dovuto chiederla due volte, bagno molto piccolo

Il titolare non mi ha fatto entrare, quindi non ho potuto usufruire della struttura. Si è trincerato dietro al fatto che dovevo fare il Check In entro le ore 21,00 e nonostante al telefono mi scusavo per non aver letto questa clausola e supplicavo di aspettarmi perchè stavo arrivando mi ha detto che non voleva aspettarmi perchè anche lui aveva una vita e non poteva stare ai miei comodi e che con BOOKING aveva già perso un sacco di soldi... e che quindi se volevo dormire avrei dovuto cercarmi un altro albergo e che i soldi non me li avrebbe restituiti. Ho chiesto se poteva lasciarmi la chiave da qualche parte... ( sotto un vaso ?? ) ma non ha voluto saperne e mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Morale della favola.... sono arrivato alle 21,19 davanti alla struttura ed ho trovato tutto chiuso. purtroppo non era un Hotel come scritto su BOOKING ( Hotel 3 Stelle ) ma una casa con degli alloggi. Nonostante tutto ho provato a suonare al campanello ma nessuno si è affacciato. La cosa che mi ha fatto rabbia è che nello stesso stabile c'era un bar al quale ho chiesto aiuto che mi hanno confermato la poca affidabilità del Personaggio. In effetti basta leggere le recensioni e si ha conferma di quanto successo. Visto che avevo già pagato poteva lasciarmi la chiave al bar e tutto si sarebbe risolto. un consiglio. Stategli alla larga.
