Good but needs soundproofing

Very clean, excellent and helpful communication from hosts, comfortable bed.

Not good if you are a light sleeper. You can hear people talking and moving around in the other rooms and common area.

Great location and super clean room

Super close to the train station. The room and the common area are exceptionally clean. They will provide cleaning service everyday if you put up the sign on your door. I didn't need my room cleaned everyday but it's still a good option to have. They provided delicious snacks and juice everyday. One thing worth mentioning is that their bath towel is super large, better than the standard sized bath towel. Will stay here again if I come back to Monza.

It would have been better to receive the check-in codes 1 or 2 days before arrival (like other self check-in places do), even getting it couple hours before arrival would have been nice. I attempted to contact the host several times days before my arrival (via Booking, email, text and phone call) but the host insisted to provide the codes upon my arrival. Standing by the gate and waiting for the host to provide the codes was bit stressful for me.

Spotless, cozy and convenient.

Room number one with the Madonna painting was very spacious with a nice modern interior. It is initially a 3-person room but we were only with 2 people. They give you a cute small breakfast set every morning. Furthermore the room and bathroom are very clean. There was also a blackout shutter that stopped all the light from coming in in the early morning for a comfortable sleep. The location itself is perfect, it is right next to the Monza station. And since there is a fast train connection, it only takes 10-15 minutes to get to Milano centrale. Lastly there is a common room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Modern Comfortable Bed & Room

Close to the Monza train station, the room was modern and super comfortable bed as was the bedding.

A little hard to find as it is on the corner and only a small plaque on the building to identify it, but once we found it was alright. the entrance/exit doors to the check in area are very narrow, 2 small doors, when we were leaving, couldn’t work out how to open the second door, to get our luggage out and there was no one there to help us our show us, so that was rather challenging!

Clean, spacious and a great location

Such a friendly welcome! They helped us carry our luggage up the one flight of stairs, as well as let us check in early (10.30 am, after I had messaged to ask). And they even brought us coffee. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of room. The shower was good and hot. There are cute little tins with snacks and mugs for drinks. They have a communal kitchen with a fridge and some basic facilities. They didn't have an iron in the room, though possibly they could give one if we'd asked. It is in a great location. Less than 2 minutes walk to the station, and about 5 minutes or so into town. Really good value for money.

The only thing was that the walls are very thin, and the floors are hard, so noise travels. We were in room 1 next to reception and we could clearly hear all conversations there, and people coming and going. Having said that, everyone was very considerate and it wasn't noisy at all during the night. I am a very light sleeper but I didn't need to use my ear plugs.

One of the best we have had in Italy and would recommend anytime.

The location was excellent, right at the edge of the city center of Monza and 2 mins walk from Monza train station and excellent public transport connections. Bakeries, supermarkets and banks etc were 1-5 mins walk away.

A perfect spot for people visiting Milan and surrounding areas

A great place to stay! A great spot near to Monza station if you are exploring the city or visiting Bergamo/Lecco. The room was well furnished, bed was very comfortable, extremely clean! Breakfast stuff e.g coffee, juice and croissant left in your room every day after cleaning. staff were extremely helpful! Would highly recommend :)

Very good value for money. Convenient location, just a few minutes away from the train and bus station and very close to the city center of Monza. Modern, stylish, renovated rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Very clean and well-maintained. Helpful staff, easy communication.

The room was excellent and access to the building and room easy. The breakfast boxes are a great idea and just what you need to start the day. The hotel is also in a perfect location. Close to the station and town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great property in a super location

The place was extremely well located: right next to the train station. Impeccable rooms decorated with great taste. The property is good for just sleeping, since it is a cluster of rooms. Really recommended for travellers who are moving about the area and just come here to sleep, shower, watch some TV and rest.

TV has only channels in Italian. Not a biggie, but to be kept in mind.
